2015 European River Cruise

What an amazing adventure! All four of us agreed that we had thought ahead of time that this would be a "once in a lifetime experience" and felt like it had topped our expectations! Everything about the trip and our Viking Experience was over the top fantastic. Several asked us how would we compare our river cruise experience to our ocean cruise adventures. And again we all agreed that you really cannot do that - you obviously are on a boat, and like an ocean cruise the arrive & unpack once with all your provided meals is the same. Because the boat is smaller it is a much more intimate experience, is the main difference. But the rest is just a completely different experience. And the last comment I'll add to that is all of us agreed we would do a river cruise again in a heart beat.
