July 16 - 23

Kim and I had booked a Viking River Cruise to sail in France from Paris to the beaches of Normandy for the summer of 2020.  But when the pandemic swept across the globe and shut down all travel, our trip fell victim to that situation.  We re-booked with Avalon for May of 2022, but then switched plans again and transferred a cancelled Eastern Europe trip to July 2022 on Viking with the same trip.  But with the uncertainty of the situation we made the decision in December to join our great friends Tom and Mary Pat Bischoff on a Viking Expeditions adventure all around the Great Lakes!
